Subscriptions

NearCoach subscriptions are for **coaches** and unlock paid features such as higher client limits and paid plan entitlements.

Plans

Plans are configured by the server-side catalog and may change over time. Examples include:

  • hobby
  • coach
  • club
  • gym

Each plan may have one or more billing periods, including monthly or yearly options where offered.

Billing, renewal, and cancellation

  • Subscriptions are **auto-renewable** and managed by Apple.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in **Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions** on your iPhone.
  • If you change plans, Apple applies the platform’s proration rules.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies.

Restore purchases

If you reinstall the app or switch devices, use **Restore Purchases** in the app to sync your subscription again.
